With over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, Dr. Murugan specializes in designing efficient synthetic routes, optimizing process steps, and managing scale-up and commercial production of APIs. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he emphasizes the importance of Quality by Design (QbD) principles to enhance process understanding, ensure regulator-ready documentation, and strengthen manufacturing robustness.
