Dr. Surajit Das is a distinguished leader with over two decades of extensive experience in Skin & Personal Care, Fragrance, Consumer Health, and Pharmaceutical R&D. He has a proven track record of developing innovative products for global markets, managing diverse teams, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Currently, he serves as the Group Technical Operations Manager at iNova Pharmaceuticals, where he leads global formulation and new product development through contract research labs and external manufacturing organizations. Dr. Das previously led R&D departments at Takasago, significantly contributing to business growth in the APAC region. He has also held pivotal roles at Procter & Gamble, A*STAR Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences, and Sun Pharmaceutical. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Nottingham. Recognized among the "World's Top 2% Scientists" by researchers from Stanford University, his contributions are evidenced by numerous research publications and patents.
